In 2007 the two partners, together with their teams, decide to set up a new company bringing in their shared academic experience followed by 20 years of professional practice, both local and international.
Offices in Milan, Venice and Rome allow a close relationship with clients in Italy while the newly opened office in Dubai is looking at the upcoming Asian ans African markets. Regional Director is Anwar Mohamed, partner of One Works since 2010.
One Works carries a wide international experience on Masterplanning, Architecture and Infrastructure together with a 15 year long experience in both retail and airport planning and design.

He worked at the publication of “the historical atlas of the world subways” of V. Vercelloni.
He worked as assistant teacher in different Universities in Italy and California.
In 1994 he became partner of Systematica, a planning and masterplanning consultancy firm.
In 2007 he founded One Works, along with Giulio De Carli.

From 1996 he specialized in planning and design of transport and aviation related facilities and infrastructures, providing consultancy to airport operating companies and industry related clients, becoming one of the leading expert in Italy.
In 2000 he became Managing Director of Systematica and in 2007 he founded One Works, along with Leonardo Cavalli.
He has published, in 2011, "New Airports" edit by Sole24Ore Cultura.
He is responsible for the design deaprtment in One Works and has coordinated and participated in numerous plans and projects of large scale: the City Terminal in Sassari, the Verbania Infrastructural exchange, San Donato Milanese masterplan and the touristic resort and lakeside in Laveno.
He started working in One Works in January 2000 and became director and partner in 2004. He is head of the Engineering department, in charge of the projects of transport infrastructure and civil structure and the technical supervision. With the experience matured since 1995, he is able to control the different phases of the work: project, construction and test.
Singaporean citizen, he holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering. He has been involved extensively in structure and civil infrastructure design of resorts and integrated business parks since 1996. During his previews working experiences he has commissioned, project-managed, supervised and implemented numerous masterplans for international developments of integrated mixed use business parks. He joined One Works in 2010 as Regional Director for the Middle and Far East market.
He started his professional activity, which focused mainly in hydraulic works and maritime engineering, in 1985. He is specialized in drainage, sewerage and aqueduct networks projects and environmental impact assessments. He gained experience working many years in the design and construction supervision of morphological operations in the lagoon area of Venice. He became senior partner of One Works in 2010.
Her activities include architectural design, art direction and project management of projects of commercial and residential complex. Recently she has partecipated in the the project of Carosello shopping center extension and of the redevelopment of the shopping mall Milanofiori Assago. She is currently engaged in detailed design and art direction of a residential complex on the lakeside of Laveno. She is partner since 2006.
Civil Engineer he joined One Works in 2000 and became partner in 2006. He heads the airside infrastructure engineering projects. He matured expeience in this field since 2000 and he is able to control the different phases of the work: design, construction documentation and construction supervision.
He started working in One Works in January 2001 where he became partner in 2006. He is in charge of infrastructures and road design projects. Besides the project activity he is often responsible of site work supervision. Currently he is supervising the works for the construction of new car parks for two shopping centers in the North East of Italy.
He works in the urban department and has participated in a number of projects and large scale plans: the extension of the Carosello shopping center, the detailed plans for the central areas of San Donato Milanese and the touristic resort on the lakeside of Laveno. He became partner of One Works in 2006.
Architect graduated in architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan. She begun her professional activity in 1993 collaborating with some internationally renowned architects. She is specialized in planning and design of airports' passenger terminals. She is partner of One Works since 2010.
She graduated in architecture at the “Università la Sapienza” of Rome in urban planning. She is member of the “L'Aquila Order of Architects”. Since the first of May 2009 she is technical chief of One Works' office in Rome. She is specialized in urban planning, urban development and mobility.
