We are pleased to share news of Managing Partner, Giulio De Carli’s, recent appointment as Independent Board Member to major Italian industrial firm, ICA Group - world leaders for innovation in wood and glass coatings.
As well as a shared a vision of innovation and environmental sustainability, the decision to appoint Giulio was particularly aimed at strengthening oversight of all phases of design for our customers, from concept to implementation, and from industrialization of the finished product through to industrial production.

Giulio De Carli offers the group his consolidated expertise and network resulting from more than 30 years’ experience. During this time, he has developed a keen awareness and focus on the added value brought to design by detailed solutions rooted in research and excellence, generating opportunities for differentiation right from the concept design phase, whether for large infrastructural works or interior and product design projects. Confirmation of this approach can be found in the design of the One Works headquarters in Milan, conceived as a hub for creative dialog and sharing between customers, industry professionals and users.
In addition to Giulio De Carli joining the ICA Group Board of Directors, other new board members have also been appointed: Andrea Paniccia, General Manager, and Lorenzo Paniccia, R&D Technical Manager, in the context of the current generational handover.
