One Works, today, has tripled the size of its team transforming itself from a medium size Italian architectural office, covering mainly National assignments, to an International Company working around the world.
One of the most relevant factors in this process is human resources; on large projects, greater flexibility is of utmost importance in order to meet the Design and Build phases with the maximum efficiency.
