Last year One Works was appointed to design the commercial and public spaces for Townsquare - an exciting new development in Malta' s coastal town of Sliema.
Townsquare's vision is to create a sustainable and innovative lifestyle development which brings together residential, retail, business and social spaces connected within 7,500 sqm of landscaped open areas, gardens and walkways. With the highest standards in sustainable practice and respects to the existing town, the aim is to create a seamless connection with Sliema’s urban fabric.
With the release of new images, Founder and Managing Partner Leonardo Cavalli, who is working alongside the team with the developers and lead architects Martin Xuereb and Associates, was interviewed demonstrate his vision and enthusiasm for Townsquare.
