One Work’s extensive retrofit of three buildings to create a new impressive and unique Urban Office Campus is now taking shape. Located within a deep urban block close to Castello Sforzesco in the center of Milan, each of the three buildings are different in architecture features, morphology, size, and period of construction and are arranged around a central courtyard, providing a total of 10,000sqm GLA.
The aim of the project is the re-generation of a cluster of buildings to provide a single functional, iconic and energy efficient (Leed Gold) campus to serve new tenants, as well as the local community. Through a series of well-designed and considered spaces, inside and outside, the campus will become a desirable and comfortable living and working environment that establishes a renewed relationship with the surrounding urban context.
We are proud to be working with client Fondo Monterosa - an investment fund belonging to Starwood Capital Group managed by Investire SGR spa – to deliver this new addition to the city of Milan.
