As the commercial office market continues to go from strength to strength, so too does One Works' portfolio in providing flexible and efficient office buildings that support the needs of this dynamic market. We are therefore pleased to reveal a series of new renders showcasing our design for an exciting new Urban Office Campus in the centre of Milan.
The new visualizations demonstrate the remarkable main facade in all its rhythm and characterized by a regular grid, an entrance portico and the new multi-purpose green rooftops dedicated to common areas and other functions for this new Urban Business Campus.
Currently under construction, the project comprises of the renovation of three different office buildings, including the terraces and an internal green spaces. In addition to the main facade, our design will see the introduction of an impressive new lobby to welcome tenants, renovation of all interior spaces to provide diverse working environments, and a new flexible layout to provide a better, more efficient, and more productive workplace which can be altered and reconfigured as needed in the future.
