One Works announces venture with PPS Group to support growth in Thailand

One Works and Project Planning Service Public Company Ltd. (PPS Group) are pleased to announce that PPS Group’s subsidiary ‘PPS Design Company Limited’ is now changing its corporate name to PPS One Works Company Limited. Together, we are pleased to announce the scope of services to be provided as part of the venture include the following across a range of sectors:
- Technical Services: BIM and Other Smart Construction Technologies;
- Project Service Support: Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Project Controls Management, and Construction Management;
- Design Services: Architectural Design, Engineering Design, and Interior Design.
Group CEO, Dr Phongthon Tharachai, said, "The Board of Directors of Project Planning Service PCL is pleased to announce that it has given its approval for its 99% subsidiary PPS Design Company Limited to be renamed as PPS One Works Company Limited as of 12 November 2018. This restructuring was made possible because of our association with One Works Group that has a significant presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific."
Under the agreed terms and conditions, the newly renamed company would have Mr Prasong Tharachai; Dr Phongthon Tharachai; Mr Tat Thongpakdi; Dr Theerathon Tharachai; Mr Giulio de Carli; Mr Anwar Mohamed; and Mr Kelvin Koh as the Board Directors of PPS One Works Company Limited. Mr Kelvin Koh would be taking on the additional responsibility of Managing Director of the newly rechristened PPS One Works Company Limited.
