One Works appointed for the Plaine de France shopping center refurbishment

One Works is to carry out the Plaine de France refurbishment, a French shopping center located 25 km from Paris, in the Charles de Gaulle airport vicinity. The commercial mall, that annually hosts more than 4.5 million visitors, will undergo major building renovations coordinated with a new branding image. In the future it will carry the new name MODO.

MODO, property of Eurocommercial, as a shopping destination has impressive numbers: 25 980 m² of GLA (excluding parking, walkways, technical rooms), of which 10 980 m² gallery – with a commercial offer which include 65 stores - and 15 000 m² supermarket Leclerc.
