This highly anticipated project, in the heart of Sliema, will create a sustainable and innovative lifestyle development which brings together residential, retail, business and social spaces connected within 7,500 sqm of landscaped open areas, gardens and walkways for all to enjoy.

The landmark project will bring together living, retail, food and business spaces together with underground parking. Around two-thirds of the overall footprint will be an open and car-free area, with piazzas and a variety of gardens making it the largest pedestrian zone in Sliema’s town centre.
All parties involved in the project have worked to satisfy the requirements of the Environmental and Planning Review Tribunal and aim to create a dynamic project befitting of its surroundings.
