A new concept for small executive business-oriented urban hotels
Located within an old historical building in the city center of Milan, this innovative Business Boutique Hotel represents a new concept for small, executive business-oriented urban hotels.
The project, developed together with FNA concept, entails 12 guest rooms distributed on one single level with a series of bookable shared facilities on a lower level, such as meeting rooms, video conference rooms, workplaces, banqueting areas and a cafeteria.
A wide range of materials have been used to provide qualitative, functional, efficient and comfortable living and working spaces. Decisions on finishings, patterns, and materials have been taken with the aim of preserving a strong relationship with the decorative elements of the building from the ‘30s in which the hotel is located.
