Cerro Move In Shopping Center

Restyling project

The concept of restyling the Move In shopping centre, came to fruition from the idea of a “talkative” architecture, making it possible to transform the edifice by accomplishing few actions, in a method of reading the hierarchy of the paths and expressions of simple relations within the internal activities.

The restyling project consists in compacting the shopping surfaces (keeping the same GLA) and also the connective surfaces, to generate a greater tension between all the functions. This will then lead to an enhancement in the vertical circulation, making it simpler, also with an advancement of the connections between the ground floor and the first floor, to create a principle route which connects in a clear fashion, all the edifice’s stories.
