Construction Management for the expansion of thailand’s busiest airport
Construction Management for Phase II expansion of Suvarnabhumi Airport to accommodate the estimated 85 million passengers a year by 2021. The expansion includes:
- Midfield Satellite no.1 (1st & 2nd Basement and Ground floor), Concourse next to Midfield Satellite and Southern Tunnel Connection (Structure and major MEP);
- Eastern passenger terminal, airline office and eastern parking building
- Basic Infrastructure;
- Installation of the automated Airport People Mover (APM);
- Installation of a baggage handling system (BHS) and Explosive Detection Systems (EDS) at the departure terminal.
