Bologna Airport (BLQ) Investment Plan

One Works carried out a detailed assessment of the Bologna Airport’s medium-long term infrastructures planning programme.

Working closely with the client (SAB), we assisted the airport management to analyze every investment opportunity available with regards to both value and timings. Allowing the team to set priorities and analyze the feasibility of the entire long-term strategy.

Integrating our expertise in architecture, design, planning and cost consultancy, we were able to provide the client with effectives solutions and mitigation measures to reach their future development goals. In addition to the above, we also assisted our clients during the approval process with the Civil Aviation Authority and relevant stakeholders.
