One Works was appointed as the general Due Diligence Advisor to assist the JV contractor during the tender preparation. The principle tasks undertaken concerned tender analysis and documentation control before submission, where One Works was also responsible for the preparation of the preliminary BOQ and  parametric cost estimations for the developmen.
