Mazara del Vallo Civic Center and Square Complex

This particular intervention includes a 16th century Holy Venerable Monastery and square. The refurbished civic center complex frames an inner rectangular shaped garden and incorporates a boardroom, a library, meeting rooms and an exhibition area.

A new internal glass façade will allow for barrier free circulation to the various parts thereby eliminating the present day “pass through” routes, which interfere with the building’s overall functions, and at the same time preserve integrally the church which is part of the religious complex.
